Stadiumx is a Hungarian DJ and record producing duo of progressive house made up of Dave and Sully. Stadiumx became famous with their international hit “Howl at the Moon” featuring Taylr Renee released on Protocol Recordings and more recently the duo remixed “Lovers On The Sun” by David Guetta & Sam Martin. We caught up with Dave at Tomorrowland for their debut at the biggest EDM festival worldwide – check it out!
Here we are with Dave from Stadiumx at Tomorrowland. You just played Tomorrowland how did your set go?
It was awesome.
You played a lot of new music?
Yes we just finished last week a new remix for Robin Schulz and we have a new ID with Hungarian guys Metrush. We already played it in our podcast, X hour. And I played our new song “Time Is On Your Side” it’s with Delaney Jane.
Was Tomorrowland what you expected it to be?
It was my first time so I was really nervous but really excited cause this is Tomorrowland.
What do you guys have coming up this summer? What are your summer plans?
We have 4 dates with David Guetta in Ibiza and we have gigs in Hungary. We just played Balaton Sound which was amazing and we will play Sziget festival which is the biggest festival in our home town.
What are your new tracks that you’ve got coming up?
We have a new one on Protocol but I can’t say what is it. The one with Delaney Jane and the Robin Schulz remix, that should be out hopefully this month.
What did you do before Stadiumx?
I started DJing like 10 years ago. Before Stadiumx I was Dave Martin, a solo artist. I had some releases on Spinnin’ Records and Toolroom Records.
What’s your favorite social media? Do you like snapchat?
Yeah, Sometimes its fun. I really like Instagram. You can post what you want. Whereas Facebook is more about promotion, where we’re playing, or what is our new record.
